To me it seems that they have downgraded the engine back to Underground-style from the great Most Wanted engine (no destroyable bus stops etc as far as I played the demo).

The game is dark and lacks many details 'cos of it's console origin. It runs extremely good even on my old 2400+, 1gig ram and 6600gt but it could look way better if they just put some work into it.The controls are horrible in the demo and you can't even change them.

Driving with manual gears is practically impossible because of the control layout. Drifting in the game has gone from good to very bad.

The car spins around with just a tiny push in some direction and the car behaves very badly in general also.My points 5/10.

There is a huge amount of G-Force placed on the cars as they take the bend and you'll find yourself drifting an awful lot. However, this is exactly how you earn points in Need for Speed Carbon - the more drift, the more points. It is however, almost impossible to beat the lead Scorpion car - they're just too damn quick and one mistake sees you out of the game for good.
