There are three official games, and a half dozen or so decent mods for other games, past that you can emulate anything prior to the ps3/360(atari-ps2, and any handheld up to DS and psp) with relative ease.

Wackymodder84 has a proper list of the games and mods, but the short list is more of less Mobile suit gundam online, SD gundam online, and Gundam online wars. SD is easy to setup and play, MSGO will be slightly harder and GOW will be a nightmare if you have the same luck i have.

Can we get the answer to this in the side bar yet? The 'good gundam games?' Question is getting rather common. The closest recent shiny game I've found to capturing Gundam's combat style is Strike Vector, currently on Steam. It's based around aircraft with hover mode, but this makes it feel more like Macross than Gundam (unless you -really- like Kyrios, Wing, and Zeta in their waverider forms). Still, it's the mecha-iest thing I've found in ages.

Otherwise, go pick up Metal Gear Rising Revengeance or DmC for some excellent hack and slash stuff. I know it's not right, but it's the best I can do; I've never ever found a PC game with gunplay similar to how it's depicted in Gundam. SD Gundam Online is pretty fun. Grindy, but pretty fun. I also like the 00 game for the DS, it's simple but pretty fun to put on a Gundam OST and kick back for a bit. Does anyone remember that Wing flash game on CN's site a long time ago that (I think) had a tactical battle system? I remember it used hex tiles.

I thought that was kind of fun but that may just be nostalgia blinders. Plus, I doubt it's archived anywhere anyway.:( edit: Wow, it was a shockwave game, not flash. I shudder at the mention of shockwave. Anyway, it was actually really easy to find, there's even a site that hosts old Toonami games.

Coach Dsc Driver Windows 7 there. Where In The Usa Is Carmen Sandiego 1996 here. Downloading the shockwave player now to try it out.
